Your Body, the Way You Want It

Life is what we make it. I took charge of my life in 2006 when I joined WeightWatchers. I have lost 105 pounds and have kept if off. I found strength training and cardio to be my magic power when it came to self-care. I became a NASM certified trainer in the winter of 2021.  It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients. I am the trainer for every BODY.

Pound-Rock out-Workout

Look Good, Feel Good

When you make the decision to walk through the doors of a POUND class, you’re given the permission to come as you are. To honor what it took to get there and let go of whatever’s weighing on you that day. 

We walk into class as individuals with all sorts of beautiful baggage and give ourselves permission to let it go, connect to each other through rhythm and movement, to take it all out on the mat, and turn on the truest versions of ourselves. 

In POUND Pro training, we tell our instructors that they are the audience to their participant’s rock show. The aim isn’t merely to provide a class environment to move your body and rock out with your friends, but to allow you to unleash the inner you. To tap into your inner badass and give you the power to take the stage in class and in life.

Classes are Monday & Thursday at 4:30 PM 

Saturday at 9:30 AM
